To request a return or exchange, please log in to your customer portal here.
We will accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for return or exchange. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return and will be marked as final sale.
We hope you will fall in love with each carefully handmade piece of personalized jewelry that we've created just for you. If that's not the case, we will accepted returns with a 25% restocking fee issued in the form of a store credit. This credit can be used in our downtown Eau Claire shop or will be applied to your account.
Need a different necklace length or bracelet size? We will happily exchange your personalized jewelry to ensure it's the perfect fit. Exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be determine on a case by case basis.

Yes! We love what we do and put thoughtful care into each piece of jewelry we create. Despite our best efforts, minor flaws can occur during production. We offer a 90 day warranty that covers defects such as a faulty clasp, broken chain or other material imperfections.
If you need to request a repair or replacement within 90 days of the original purchase date, please contact us at orders@tokenjewelry.com. Repairs outside of the warranty are subject to a fee.
Our warranty does not cover excessive wear or improper care of your jewelry, permanent jewelry, charms, or items marked Final Sale.
Of course! Wear and tear can lead to minor breaks on occasion, and we’re here to help! Please visit our store or contact our team here with a description of the damage and be sure to include detailed pictures if possible. Once our team reviews the case we’ll be happy to go over repair options with you.
Please note, we only offer repairs on jewelry purchased from Token.
Our collection of jewelry is handmade in our Eau Claire studio. Please allow 3-5 working days for your items to be made. We ship via First Class USPS. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information. If your order is time sensitive, please choose USPS Priority shipping at checkout and we will do our best to expedite production.
Please note that during sales and promotions, production time may increase. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or text when your order leaves our studio.
Token Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you package is lost/stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly.
Tip! If your package is stuck or delayed, we recommend clicking on your tracking information and following the link to the USPS website to sign up for email or text alerts. This often gets it moving in the right direction.
