At Token Jewelry, we believe jewelry should feel lived-in, layered, and uniquely yours. We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Stylist to join our retail team. This role is all about connection—helping each guest feel amazing the moment they walk through our doors while inspiring them to discover new pieces to love.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming, memorable in-store experience for every guest
- Previous retail or styling experience (jewelry or fashion a plus)
- Meet and exceed sales goals by confidently sharing promotions, upsells, and new arrivals
- Assist with merchandising, restocking jewelry, and keeping displays fresh + inspiring
- Collaborate with the team to execute events, in-store activations, and seasonal windows.
- Support behind-the-scenes needs such as inventory checks, packaging, and store upkeep
- Stay up to date on Token collections and launches to provide expert recommendations
Who You Are:
- A people person—warm, approachable, and able to connect with anyone.
- Upbeat, outgoing, and excited to bring ideas to the table
- Previous retail or styling experience (jewelry or fashion a plus).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for sales
- Creative eye for styling, merchandising, and storytelling
- Must be available to work weekday shifts (12pm-6:15pm) and some weekends
- Reliable, adaptable, and excited to grow with a woman-founded brand

Social Media + Marketing INtern
Full-Time/Part-Time | In-Studio (Eau Claire, WI)
Token Jewelry is looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-loving Social Media + Content Intern to join our team! This is a hands-on role for someone excited to learn, create, and help bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond. If you’re obsessed with storytelling, love experimenting with content, and have a soft spot for jewelry, we want to hear from you ✨
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with planning and maintaining our social media content calendar—helping keep things organized, on brand, and creatively flexible
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas that highlight new collections, in-store moments, behind-the-scenes footage, and day-to-day brand life
- Support content creation on the fly (think: Reels, TikToks, Stories, photoshoots, and in-studio moments)
- Help write engaging captions in our brand voice—playful, elevated, and effortlessly cool
- Collaborate with our design and retail teams to prep and organize content
- Stay up to date on social trends, viral audio, and platform updates
- Assist with responding to DMs and comments with warmth and clarity
- Support our Brand Ambassador program by helping discover and engage with new creators
- Help with campaign launches, promotions, and events through strategic social content
You Are:
- A jewelry lover with a creative spark
- Enthusiastic, curious, and excited to contribute ideas
- A strong communicator who understands tone and brand voice (or is eager to learn)
- Social-media savvy and interested in both planning and execution
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable on camera—or excited to build that confidence
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Familiar with (or interested in learning) Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and scheduling tools like Planoly
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Photography or video editing experience
- A background or interest in fashion, retail, or jewelry
- A strong eye for styling, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
