We love what we do and put thoughtful care into each piece of jewelry we create. Despite our best efforts, minor flaws can occur during production. We offer a 90 day warranty that covers defects such as a faulty clasp, broken chain or other material imperfections.
If you need to request a repair or replacement within 90 days of the original purchase date, please contact us at orders@tokenjewelry.com. Repairs outside of the warranty are subject to a fee.
Our warranty does not cover excessive wear or improper care of your jewelry, permanent jewelry, charms or items marked Final Sale.
Shipping: We offer a variety of USPS shipping options, including Priority Express and First Class. All orders will ship within 3-5 business days via First Class USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout. See shipping for more info.
Returns: We accept unworn pieces in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for return or exchange. See returns for more info.
Our charms are crafted using heavy gold plating, 14k gold fill, and sterling silver. Routine cleaning helps prevent residue buildup and keeps your pieces shining beautifully.
Heavy Gold Plating
To ensure the longevity of your charms, we recommend avoiding contact with water, lotions, and harsh chemicals. A quick wipe down with a lint free cloth after wearing and storing it each charm alone to avoid scratches and keep your charm shining.
*Do not use polishing cloths on Gold Plated jewelry as it can cause tarnishing and scratches.
14k Gold Fill
Gently buff with a polishing cloth to restore shine. For deeper cleaning, soak in warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap, then clean using a soft cloth or a gentle, soft-bristle brush.
Sterling Silver
Polish with a polishing cloth, or create a paste using a small amount of baking soda and water. Apply gently with a soft cloth or a soft-bristle toothbrush, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
